Abstract: Energy, whatever its form, is a necessity for society, both in terms of human comfort and as input. The degree of economic and social development is higher, with both increases and demand for energy. Cover the energy problem is included in all development strategies of governments. These strategies must take account of energy resources, convincing example is the country where they are deficient, and their imports are causing high prices.
