Abstract: The article shows that the repartition of the maximum entropy is the uniform repartition and contains the highest disorder degree which means the highest quantity of information in potential status. Entropy which measures the disorder is not opposite to the Quantity of Information (the dimension for order) but the potential of the Quantity of Information.
