Abstract: The paper " Psihoprofesionale dimensions of the young attorneys" tries to capture the personality dimensions that support the success of professional young attorneys. In this approach we have used the following methods of psihodiagnostic: EPI, Questionnaire "mentality towards working" and Questionnaire "satisfaction towards working". The study also proposed the following objectives: identification of psychoprofesionals features that promote the professional success of young lawyers and to determine the level of their professional satisfaction. After the checking the results it is concluded: the success of professional young attorneys it is not correlated with emotional stability, but with experience and level of training. Psychological factors involved in the kind of professional success are: the degree of maturity of personality, self confidence, flexibility and dynamics of cognitive intelligence.
