Abstract: The theme of the study regards the identification of possible correlations between the leaders' management styles and the motivation levels the employees' reach. The matter of the relationship between the organizational leaders and the employees has known a special interest in all development periods of the organizations. Many times, in the organizational dynamics the problem of motivating the employees has had a princeps role as entire cohesion and organizational homogeneity is based on motivational dynamics. As psycho-diagnosis instrument, we used the personality inventory 16PF and the employees' opinion questionnaire. The working hypothesis of the study regarding the identification of correlations between the management styles and the motivation degree of the personnel and secondly the identification of the knowledge degree manifested by leader towards the needs and expectations of the employees. The conclusions reached identify the following aspects: 1.The “closest” is the leader to his employees, the more the employees' motivation increases. In fund it is about the interrelation between the leader and the organization's personnel. 2. Another important aspect revealed by study is that depending on the representation the employees build for the leader, the easiest or hardest it will be to motivate them.
