Abstract: The science of organizations studies relationships emphasized by structural-quantitative research methods suggested or represented in a model that is a formal and literal representation of the real context. Informational modeling does not study organizations as they are, but as they become, as they transform. The basic concept of this vision is the process (the mechanism of transformation of input functions – exogenous – into output functions - endogenous) and the cognitive offensive takes place in the interest of IT&C (as a both mathematical and technological application), being supported by the “metries” (metric sciences) and the sciences of the organism (cybernetics, psychology, bionics, biological engineering). In this article, problems related to modeling as a process of reflecting reality in a synthetic or abstract model have been studied. According to present standards, modeling is realized by using established architectures which provide us with literal images of reality using different perspectives. The conclusions of this article refer to the contributions regarding modeling mechanisms that result from social organization-human organism analogy.
