Abstract:
The present work is meant to bring into relief the efficiency of using the Rorschach test that can serve as vocational variables in the profiles of the students who study in technical colleges. The study was accomplished on a group of 5 students from the Technical College „Edmond Nicolau”. We also have to mention the fact that, when interpreting the test, I tried to emphasise both the strong points and the weak points of each subject, thus identifying the risk factors.and . Of the 5 subjects analysed, more, exactly, in the case of 4 of them, one care notice a certain inclination for a tehnical field. There is also a powerful interference of affectivity remarked within the cognitive process. They need their task to be well-structured. All the ones undegoing the test proves little interest in developing interpersonal relationships and therefore, they need to work in an environment that provide comfort from this point of view. As for the person that coordinates their activity, he/she must be a rigurous person, having certain abilities in organizing the others. There has also been noticed that all of them prove a low emotional maturity, which makes it difficult for them to cope with a stressful atmosphere at work, be it facing the general atmosphere, of having to make an important decision. The routine activities are the only ones that the majority of the subjects (4 out of 5) can deal with. The last subject observed is the only one that will not prove technical abilities and who seems more creative and more likely to make decisions.
