Abstract:
The article examines the relevance and quality of additional vocational training in terms of the direct consumers of educational services in the business - enterprises. Based on a survey of 600 companies in six sectors of the economy concluded that lower demand for the services of traditional educational institutions and more interest in the business of education offered in specialized training centers. Most education is seen as a way of solving problems, rather than to seek opportunities. Thus, the most successful businesses are less likely to seek to educational services. Perhaps continuing education implemented by them in other ways, for example through mentoring, masterclasses and production meetings. Therefore, a comprehensive assessment of the quality of continuous education is not sufficiently guided by a licensed state forms of educational services. On the other hand, requires the development of liberalnogo approach to vocational training, involving a multiplicity of perspectives that meet the demands of different interest groups, without a total state of standardization of educational services.
