Abstract: The problems of foundation Moscow International Financial center and financial deals taxation’s are in research. Discusses the formation of the Moscow international financial centre, as well as problems of taxation of financial transactions. The directions of improvement of the taxation of financial transactions: tax incentives for private long-term investors; simplification of the tax system for financial companies; a uniform tax base for financial transactions for all market participants of securities. There are few directions improving taxation financial deals: The results of the thematic survey are sited.
