Abstract:
The work is dedicated to the use of public-private partnership (PPP) in the formation of an affordable housing market in Russia and the creation of social and engineering infrastructure. The development of PPPs is extremely important for our country. Currently, PPP in Russia is in its infancy and many aspects, including legislative control, need to be addressed. Of particular relevance is the topic of PPP development in the formation of affordable housing, the creation of social and engineering infrastructure. The paper provides guidance on the introduction and development of different types of PPPs, on the mechanism of the use of PPPs in the regions of the Russian Federation to the creation of affordable housing, social and engineering infrastructure, proposals for the establishment of legal and regulatory environment for the wide use of PPP for projects in the field of affordable housing.
