Abstract:
The article presents an approach to making management decisions in enterprises from the perspective the theory of behavioral finance. It is believed that the person always act rationally. Behavioral finance refute this assertion by proving that decisions a person can follow the fashion, intuition, etc. This fact leads to negative consequences in the management of the enterprise.
