Abstract: The formulation of economic security of the enterprise is given; it is offered economic the mechanism of increase of innovative activity of the enterprises of real sector of the economy which realization will allow to reach technical and technological updating of the enterprises, increase of social and economic efficiency of their activity and given vent managing subjects on competitive level for leveling of threats of economic security.
