Abstract:
Intercorporate electronic document management is one of the alternative means of communication and building interaction between organizations. Despite the relative prevalence of internal electronic document management (EDM) systems, intercorporate document management is confronted with some technical and psychological problems. The most activity of EDM operators is related to the circulation of electronic invoices than other legally significant documents, and this trend continues at the moment in all countries. For a comparative analysis of the regulation of intercorporate EDI, the countries of Scandinavia, Europe, North and Latin America, and the members of the BRICS were considered.
