Abstract:
The paper presents an analysis of foreign and Russian approaches to assessing the effectiveness of decentralization of authority. The author's methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of delegated authorities is presented, as well as the results of its approbation, which allowed to identify the key factors influencing the effectiveness of decentralization in Russian conditions.
