Abstract: The crime rate of the population is an important indicator of the quality of life and social well-being in the country. Crimes make a negative contribution to the social background, to the health and mortality of the population. Juvenile delinquency, among other things, is the basis and reserve of adult criminality. Currently, crime rates are on the decline. At the same time, the level of crime and indicators of other juvenile delinquencies indicate the urgency of this problem. In the studies of foreign and domestic scientists, there are many factors that, to one degree or another, affect the level of juvenile delinquency. In the past few years, Russian media and scientific articles have increasingly begun to cover the AUE movement, characterized by various juvenile delinquency. The aim of this work is to analyze the existence of the AUE movement in the regions of Russia (based on a sociological study) and to assess its impact on the dynamics of juvenile delinquency in Russia and the regions.
