Abstract:
In recent decades, the researchers, the subject of scientific research which has been government, recognized the need for a clearer understanding of the motivational context of the organization of the public service. Subject of work motivation has traditionally been the subject of psychology and, unfortunately, it continues to receive limited attention in scientific research in the field of public administration. It should be recognized that at present there is no uniform and comprehensive labor theory of motivation. Nevertheless, some theoretical advances in this field have been achieved, which can contribute to efforts to understand the motivational context of civil servants.
