Abstract: The work assessed the current trends in the development of legal relations associated with the development of the market for artificial intelligence technologies in Russia and in the OECD countries. As a result of the study, the authors identified essential elements of the development of legal regulation of AI technology, and also developed proposals for the formation of an actual regulatory approach to the definition of the concept of artificial intelligence and the tasks of state regulation.
