Abstract: The relevance of this research is due to global trends in digitalization of most management processes, including in relation to personnel tasks. The most promising direction in the development of personal and professional diagnostics technology is the development of reliable and popular digital assessment tools. As part of the research work, the modern experience of using digital technologies in the field of recruitment and evaluation of personnel is analyzed, the most popular approaches to evaluating employees and managers are compared, and an alternative "worldview" approach to analyzing the value and semantic sphere of a Manager is justified. Based on the previously developed tools and the selected methodological approach, a new method of personal and professional diagnostics was created and tested, implemented in a digital format. The prospects and possibilities of using such digital assessment tools in the framework of projects for the development of state personnel policy are outlined.
