Abstract:
The object of the study is the behavior of older people in the labor market in Russia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the scenarios of behavior in the labor market and the end of the working career of persons of pre- and post-retirement age in Russia as a whole, as well as to highlight regional features. To achieve this goal , the following tasks are expected to be solved within the framework of research : Identification of regional differences and peculiarities of exit from the labor market Identification of specific regional factors affecting the age of exit from the labor market. Identification of the main trajectories of exit from the labor market for various groups of the population. Determining the causes of differences in behavior in the labor market at older ages. The research methods and methodology include a review of Russian and foreign articles and regulatory legal acts, quantitative (descriptive and econometric) analysis of statistical and sociological data. The results of this research can be used in the interests of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, as well as in the interests of the Academy for the development of scientific potential in order to improve the quality of expert and analytical work and educational programs.
