Abstract: The scientific report analyzes the main foreign and Russian approaches to assessing the quality of public administration. Based on the analysis , the key parameters of the quality of public administration are substantiated and a system of indicators for their measurement and evaluation is developed. Brief results of the approbation of the developed system are given. The developed system of public administration quality indicators can be implemented as part of the improvement of strategic planning documents (when adjusting existing ones and developing new ones strategic documents aimed at improving the quality of public administration in our country), and as a tool for diagnosing the quality of public administration, including at the regional level.
