Abstract: The experience of using artificial intelligence algorithms in rulemaking allows us to expect that they are able to reduce time and personnel costs, subjectivity of experts, and unify the results of the examination and their presentation in the anti-corruption examination of legal acts. However, the legislation does not yet allow the official use of AI algorithms for this purpose, therefore the study of regulation prospects of the use of algorithms in anti-corruption expertise of legal acts becomes relevant. The purpose of the study is to prepare proposals for the legal regulation of the use of AI algorithms for conducting anti-corruption expertise of legal acts and draft of legal acts. The subject of the research is scientific publications, legal acts of international and national level, the results of anti-corruption examinations. Research methods: formal legal and historical legal methods, comparative legal method, method of legal interpretation, logical analysis, general scientific methods of classification and modeling. The research of the results: opportunities and advantages of using artificial intelligence algorithms for the anti-corruption examination of legal acts; justification of the need to reform the current legislation in order to legalize the use of algorithms for the anti-corruption examination of legal acts; proposals for the regulation of artificial intelligence algorithms in the anti-corruption examination of legal acts. The study shows the need to reform the current legislation to legalize the possibility of using artificial intelligence algorithms for conducting anti-corruption expertise; the possibility and prospects of legal regulation of the use of artificial intelligence algorithms for conducting anti- corruption expertise of legal acts. The lack of scientific developments in the field of algorithmization of anti-corruption expertise of legal acts determines the scientific novelty of the study. We recommend applying the results of the study to develop the legal regulation and methodology of algorithms using in anti-corruption expertise of legal acts, as well as for the development of relevant legislation.
