Abstract:
This paper is concerned on determining the cultural components that has impact on management performance with local councils anchored in a sustainable development environment. The paper is based on a survey applied on the Brasov county Local Council staff having in view the following objectives: Searching for the world tendencies for a sustainable development within the horizon 2050; Identifying cultural issues to contribute to the change culture management and management performance.
