Abstract:
Evaluation has an important role in management. Management is and should be evaluated according to its quality and efficiency as compared to its dynamism and consistence. A strategic approach, at the level of the entire organization, in the sense of obtaining a computerized system of human resources, is an important requirement of managerial development in order to continuously improve performances of the management system.
