Abstract: Large organizations have to admit that, as far as their personnel, clients, and providers are concerned, the current labor market has now become truly global, and leaders must therefore be able to act, estimate, and adapt to all legal aspects related to cultural differences. Adaptability and vision could be demonstrated by project development or task-solving scenarios, especially those involving the use of modern communication and knowledge management technologies. Moreover, they are critical for certain leadership positions, offering an unlimited domain for development processes and the methods and activities of improving leadership skills.
