Abstract:
Knowledge provides, using communication, the general frame for a person to be integrated social. Communication is regarded as a result of the individual knowledge determined by the cultural mediated experiences. The complexity of the integration posibilities is correlated to the european laws and regulations and is seen as a fundamental element which helps the economical growth and the knowledge based society development.
