Abstract: The structure, volume as well as the efficiency of the way available resources (human, material and financial) are used to determine the economic viability of a firm. Efficiency as an economic category represents the causal relationship between the effects resulting from an activity and the effort invested in it. In a strict sense, efficiency may be defined as the result between the results obtained from an action and the resources allocated for this purpose, while the extended sense represents the attribute of the action, thing or person of producing society favorable effects. Services have certain characteristics that determine a particular efficiency, in their case.
