Abstract: Задача нахождения нового методологического инструментария или новой методологии познания закономерностей в развитии человеческого сообщества была нами решена. Это стало возможным только тогда, когда стало понятным, что только мировоззренческий подход позволит проанализировать, сравнить и измерить все процессы, происходящие на цивилизационном, информационном, национальном, конфессиональном, территориальном, естественнонаучном, социально-экономическом, социотехническом, социокультурном, политическом, организационном и т.п. уровнях.

The task of finding a new methodological tools or knowledge of the laws of the new methodology in the development of human society has been solved by us. This is only possible when it became clear that the only philosophical approach will analyze, compare and measure all the processes occurring in civilization, information, national, religious, territorial, natural science, social, economic, socio-technical, socio-cultural, political, organizational, and t.p. levels.
