Abstract: Статья содержит обзор материалов "круглого стола", проходившего в Институте экономики РАН в ноябре 2011 г., где обсуждались вопросы функционирования Федеральной контрактной системы в сфере закупок товаров, работ и услуг.

The article contains a review of the material "round table" held at the Institute of Economics in November 2011, which discussed the functioning of the Federal contracting system in the procurement of goods and services.
