Abstract: В конце 2014 и начале 2015 г. появились два приказа министерства культуры РФ, в приложениях к которым в соответствии с федеральными законами № 83-фз и № 256-фз были приведены перечни показателей качества товаров и услуг, производимых в сфере культуры, обозначенные в них критерии качества вызвали критические замечания экспертов и во многих случаях негативную реакцию практиков.
