Abstract: О проблемах государственного финансирования российской культуры на современном этапе ее развития. Приводятся статистические данные расходов бюджета на культуру с 1990-2005 гг. В основе статьи лежит доклад "Культура и будущее России. Новый взгляд".

The article concerns the problems of state financing of the Russian culture at its present-day development stage. Statistical information is provided on the budget expenditures on culture from 1990 through 2005. The report "Culture and Future of Russia. A new Glance" forms the basis of the article.
