Abstract: В цикле из двух статей развивается разрабатываемая автором концепция . В первой статье делается попытка объединения разбросанных по разным теоретическим построениям множества представлений об особых товарах и услугах, являющих собой исключение из общего случая конкурентного равновесия. Дается определение понятия , выявляются рыночные провалы по отношению к этим благам. Исследуется концепция мериторных благ. На основе сравнительного анализа рынков опекаемых благ, предлагаемых различными теориями, автор выделяет особенности, присущие всей .

The author's concept of "Economic Sociodynamics" is developed in the set consisting of two articles. The first article makes an attempt to summarize numerous ideas on special goods and services as reflected in various theoretical concepts. These goods and services make an exception from the general case of competitive equilibrium. The definition is given to the concept of "subsidized benefit", market failures relating to existence and promotion of these benefits are revealed. The concept of meritorious goods is examined. Basing upon competitive analysis of subsidized benefits markets, provided by various theories, the author singles out peculiarities, which are specific to the entire theoretical background.
