Abstract: В докладе рассматривается система государственного протекционизма отраслей продовольственной сферы, анализируются источники депрессивного состояния сельского хозяйства и методика расчёта показателя "валовая продукция", предлагается система мер по обеспечению продовольственной безопасности России в условиях кризиса.

The report examines the system of state protectionism of food sector industries, analyses the sources of the first depressive state of agriculture and the method of calculating the index of "gross output", proposes a system of measures to ensure food security in Russia during the crisis.
