Abstract: Рассматривается состояние дорожной инфраструктуры России. Предложены рекомендации по улучшению финансирования дорожного строительства и рационализации концептуальных подходов к размещению дорог и технологии их строительства.

In article the condition of a road infrastructure of Russia is considered. Recommendations about improvement of financing of road building and rationalization of conceptual approaches to placing of roads and technology of their building are offered.
