Working Papers of Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Ghent University, Belgium from Ghent University, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration

Abstract: A persistent question surrounding corporate spin-offs is: ‘What accounts for the performance of corporate spin-offs? Therefore, we have designed a model of antecedents and characteristics of corporate spin-offs by identifying the key dimensions that contribute to the performance of a CSO.
