Abstract:
This is based on a background paper delivered during the Regional Workshop on Competency Certification for Agricultural Workers in Southeast Asia held on 9–10 May 2018 at SEARCA Headquarters, Los Baños, Laguna, Philippines. This paper aims to provide background information on the state of competency certification for agricultural workers in selected countries in the region.Â
