Abstract: The 1930?s had witnessed the waves of fascism all around the world, especially in Europe. Turkish administrational formation in 1930?s was similar with the administration formats emerged in south eastern Europe; including in Salazar,Portugal,in Franco,Spain, and Metax,Greece. Although there were important differences between the case of Turkey and the fascists examples in Europe; a fascist example in Italy, was so significant for the Turkish ruling elits with no doubt. For instances,some of the laws enacted at 1930?s were the copies of Italian laws. Milli Iktisat ve Tasarruf Cemiyeti? which accompanied as an association and resembled Mussollini?s ?corporiazione was established just after the Great Depressions.
