Abstract:
Special methods are essential in the investigation of crimes such as terrorism, corruption, organized crime, or drug trafficking. These techniques allow the collection of otherwise unobtainable evidence and contribute to establishing the truth. By using these methods, investigators can quickly prevent and counter illegal activities. These methods are used for particularly serious crimes where traditional methods of investigation are insufficient. This paper highlights the importance of a fair and transparent application of special investigative techniques to strengthen public confidence in the justice system while also protecting the rights of individuals.
