Abstract:
The paper is devoted to the analysis of modern approaches to public policy impact on innovativeness of industrial markets. Incentives to innovate are considered to be the main issue in the process of development of public policy. Two directions of public innovation policy form a central part of the paper: antitrust policy in innovative and product markets and intellectual property rights protection.
