Abstract:
This paper is dedicated to the organizational problems of the middle management. Analyzing middle management functions, socially psychological determinants are considering in the sphere of labor activity effectiveness. Experimental data research of the professionally personal potential of line managers, based on M. Blumberg & C. Pringle model, is cited as an example. In this work, an opportunity to use empirical evidence is demonstrated in a practical effort to recruit and develop the staff.
