Abstract: I denne rapporten presenterer vi resultatene av en empirisk basert analyse av forhold vi mener har betydning for innovasjonsaktivitet i Nord-Trøndelag. Analyseapparatet, fokus og struktur tilsvarer tidligerer fylkesrapporter (for nærmere beskrivelse, se rapport 02/01 - Sogn og Fjordane), men er tilrettelagt for å dekke forholdene i Nord-Trøndelag.
