Abstract: The aim of this paper is to analyze the main investments of PAC in Goiás, verifying the actual contributions of these investments to address the infrastructural bottlenecks in the state. The hypothesis is that the PAC investments in infrastructure are consistent and important, however, are not sufficient to address the bottlenecks in the state several years ago. For the analysis, we performed an extensive literature search through books, theses, dissertations, scientific articles, queries the Internet, research on government sites, and other sources. The results show that delays are occurring in the schedule of the works of the PAC and in Goiás, a delay occurs in the larger urban and social. The conclusion is that the PAC is important, but it needs to be complemented by further investment in the State of Goiás in infrastructure.
