Abstract:
The analysis of over-education is of growing interest in developed economies. Yet, the evidence on the determinants and consequences of over-education according to workers’ origin is still quite limited, especially in the Belgian labour market. This PhD dissertation therefore contributes to broaden the existing literature on the relationship between over-education and immigration at the worker and firm levels.
