Abstract: This document provides a description of the comparative static version of GLOBE-Single, a single-country computable general equilibrium (CGE) model programmed in the General Algebraic Modeling System (GAMS) software.1 A simplified version of this single country CGE model is the core of GLOBE, a multi-region CGE model in which countries are linked by trade flows.
