No 373707, Competition & Regulation Times from New Zealand Institute for the Study of Competition and Regulation
Abstract:
In his editorial in this newsletter, ISCR's Executive Director, Prof. Lew Evans suggested that unique aspects of New Zealand, combined with the pace of change, might mean that effective New Zealand regulations will be different from those overseas. Even so, Prof. Evans says in this feature article, there are some overseas lessons that should not be ignored.
