Abstract:
Short explanation of Schumpeter's concepts of dynamics, innovations and entrepreneurship. It is argued, that Schumpeters theory was highly relevant and should have been incorporated into the design of the reformed economic system, that attempted transition from Command to Socialist Market Economy in the 1960's.
