Abstract:
The Productivity of any organisation is directly correlated to the Effectiveness of the Employee Performance Appraisal System, subject to the Effectiveness of the Support Systems, depending upon the type of organizational business. (G) Evaluation by the University / Local Management Experts and a Professor in Management from a highly accredited Foreign accredited University [Manchester Business School, UK]. (H) Expert Group Viva Voce ( Examination and Review).
