Abstract:
The global business landscape is being changed by multinational digital platform corporations. This Perspective focuses on how Uber's bid to be treated as a technology provider, and not a taxi services company, impacts effective regulation across a number of fields, and how International Investment Agreements may affect Uber's regulation.
