Abstract:
This Perspective argues that two global, Beijing-based institutions - the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and the International Commercial Dispute Prevention and Settlement Organization - have an opportunity to contribute to the development of a Beijing-based international investment dispute resolution hub.
