Exploring the effect of Value Diversity on employees’ attitude towards Change: The complementary role of Transformational Leadership and Conflict

Abstract:
This study aims to investigate the relationship between value diversity and organizational change within the healthcare sector, particularly in the context of Pakistan. It seeks to understand how transformational leadership and conflict resolution mechanisms moderate this relationship. Data from 300 doctors were collected through a structured questionnaire. Results of the study indicated that value diversity significantly affects organizational change and Transformational leadership and conflict of play moderating effect in the relationship between value diversity and organizational change in the healthcare sector of Pakistan. The findings of the study are very important for policymakers and top management of the hospitals, to create a diversified and inclusive environment as change is inevitable and planned change is a constant need of the business world. By examining these dynamics, the study contributed to the understanding of sustainable change management strategies in a diverse and evolving organizational landscape.
