Abstract:
Organizational culture is widely recognized as a key success factor for corporate resilience. In an economic environment characterized by uncertainty and continuous change, adapting structures and processes alone is no longer sufficient. Rather, resilience depends on whether an organization's culture encourages adaptability, provides orientation, and enables employees to respond constructively to new challenges. This paper examines the relationship between organizational culture and organizational resilience and demonstrates how cultural conditions influence a company's ability to adapt to changing circumstances and emerge stronger from crises. Drawing on established findings from organizational and resilience research, organizational culture is positioned as the connecting element between strategic direction, leadership, and organizational practice. The paper shows that resilient organizations are not created solely through robust structures and processes, but above all through a culture that enables continuous learning, adaptation, and long-term organizational development.
