Abstract:
The logistics industry is complex, dynamic and has high knowledge intensity. Therefore innovative and new qualification-concepts occupy a higher attention. In adult education self-organized learning concepts have potentials to maintain informal learning processes, like wikis e.g. For currently and future competitiveness it is necessary to train the logisticians. Within the project 'Wissenschaftliche Weiterbildung in der Logistik (WiWeLo)' which is connected to the German national excellence cluster 'LogistikRuhr' a logistics wiki was designed.
